thriving: sparked growth

We kicked off January with being nudged by God to ask Him for the rain in the springtime even though we are the middle winter season. As we continue into the second month of our “Thriving” year, we know the purpose of springtime rain is to spark growth.

Deciding to be intentionally growth-minded for the rest of this year, indeed our lives, is the secret sauce to thriving.

At Revive The Crown, we have established our 10 key go to’s for optimum sparked growth.

  • Focus on our core strengths. We thrive when we are operating in our strengths.
  • Take ownership for our own happiness now.
  • Weather the heights and the depths with grace and compassion.
  • Look for feedback.
  • Have courage to let go of the past and venture forth into the unknown. This will develop new skills and create new opportunities we desire.
  • Take risks. True growth happens here. We know success and reward are proportional to the risks we are willing to take.
  • Decide, “I am really good at being me.”
  • Trust in ourselves and put our instincts to good use.
  • Be reciprocal and pass it on.
  • We know, no one ever succeeds on their own. We are hard-wired for relationships, let’s grow together. Building a like-minded tribe, thriving together is one of our core values.

5 Core Strength Challenge

Get into the practice of telling those around you what you see as their 5 core strengths. It will release encouragement, insights, confidence and spark growth in their journey of venturing forth. Ask them to do the same for you. You’ll be thrilled you did. Clarity is illuminating.

Trust and be fierce,

Maggie

2019 – Thriving

2019-Thriving God is calling us by our future, not our past. When God speaks, He creates. When He bestows His favor upon us, He causes us to thrive. I heard God lead me to read Zachariah 10:1, “Ask the Lord for rain in the springtime. It is the Lord who sends rain...
