The Role of Essential Oils Today

We are in this beautiful moment where we are taking responsibility for our own happiness and becoming our greatest advocate for living our most abundant life now.

Part of that journey is a growing awareness of the sheer volume of toxic chemicals our bodies have had to process through the food, drink, medicines, cleaning products, pesticides, personal beauty care, etc. And our response is learning to live toxic free by finding old and new ways for healthier lifestyles.

When I began my journey with essential oils and creating blends to support my hair, face and skin, it was in response to my hair and skin crisis and wanting to find natural ways to promote healing and wellbeing solutions for my hair, body and soul.

Essential oils are highly concentrated, non-water-soluble phytochemicals distilled from different parts of plants. The use of them, are as varied and multi-purposed as the plants themselves. It was new to me, but using oil therapeutically is older than time. Judging by the growth of natural beauty industry in the last 10 years, modern society is looking back at the wisdom of past generations, applying new and more effective techniques in their distillation, quality control, natural environment production and supply to avail of the natural, healing power of essential oils for personal, holistic healthcare.

Here are 6 ways Essential Oils support us:

1) Fights against unfriendly microbes

2) Balances bodily systems

3) Improves bodily frequencies

4) Includes antioxidants that purify our systems

5) Clears negative emotional baggage

6) Uplifts our spiritual awareness

Yes, in plain language this means balance of hormones, lower cortisol levels, improve moods, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, boost immunity and fight infections, boost energy levels, improve brain function, support digestion, alleviate aches and pains, promote skin and hair health, improve restful sleep, clear thinking, reduce toxicity, deeper spiritual connections to help us live our best lives now.

Be realistic. Expect your miracles.
